Delivery
pso.com.au endeavors to get your order to you as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet our scheduled delivery times on all occasions. Delivery times are indicative only and pso.com.au does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
We deliver by Australian couriers or Post anywhere in Australia..
Pricing Schedule
For all consumables, freight is free within Australia for orders of $50 or more. Orders below $50 incur a freight and handling charge of $9.
Delivery Guide within Australia
Major cities - 1-3 business days
Remote Areas - 1-5 business days
The large majority of our products are in stock and we will always notify you of any delays prior to processing your payment.
General Notes for Delivery
We can deliver to PO Box addresses.
- The usual delivery times as listed above are for delivery to suburban Australian addresses that are included in the overnight delivery network of the applicable courier. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas.
- Delivery is during business hours, Monday to Friday.
- If for any reason the goods cannot be supplied, the customer will be informed by email and a full credit given for any payments made
Security
Customers credit card payment will be secured by a 128 bit SSL security certificate.
Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted based on the following conditions:
- Item has not been opened
- Item has been supplied incorrectly
- For Special reasons please contact us
All goods returned will require you to notify us of your intention to return and must include the following information:
- Name and Address details
- Product Description
- Date of Purchase/Invoice Number
- Reason for the return
A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned product and the product must be returned to the following address:

pso.com.au accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transport of the return. Unless stated otherwise under this Returns Policy, pso.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns that are:
- incomplete or have missing parts
- are not returned in their original packing
- either the product or packaging is damaged during transport or
- the customer simply does not want the purchased item.
- Item has been supplied by us within the last month
